Members of the Firm are admitted to, and
practice before, the United States Tax Court and the Court of
International Trade. Firm members also have experience with maritime
issues. Although limited,

transactions, trade litigation and agency representation, trade policy,
World Trade Organization, and other foreign sovereign claims for its
clients.
The Firm also forms non-profit corporations and both public and private
foundations under Internal Revenue Service Code section 501(c)(3) and
the California Franchise Tax Board regulations.
