For all of its litigation matters, WLC | The Williams Law Corporation® assists its clients in obtaining insurance coverage for lawsuits, and will pursue insurance companies for bad-faith denial of coverage. The Firm handles claim-handling issues and coverage. The Firm also contracts with forensic insurance investigators to reconstruct lost or missing insurance policies to obtain insurance coverage for its clients. Based on experience, the Firm is also able to review its clients’ insurance policies and provide practical advice regarding coverage. The firm’s founder, J. Craig Williams, previously managed an East Coast insurance agency prior to entering law school.

We also provide advice and handle litigation involving Director’s and Officer’s policies, Errors & Omissions policies, legal and medical malpractice policies, business property and liability policies, business automobile, worker’s compensation, umbrella, life and disability, bonds, fidelity insurance and all types of environmental insurance policies.

The Firm has also successfully represented clients in coverage disputes, insurance company liquidation matters and bad-faith cases where insurance companies have wrongfully denied coverage to our clients. The Firm has experience with reinsurance matters as well. Generally, our insurance expertise is in the areas of environmental insurance coverage, products and construction defect.
