and patents on your idea, form your legal entity, such as a corporation
or partnership, negotiate leases, set up your new company’s employment
manuals and practices and obtain appropriate insurance for your new
project. We draft sales contracts, employment contracts, and
distribution agreements.

Notices and Cease & Desist letters, as well as the ensuing
litigation, if necessary.

advice and assists in the drafting of leases, asset and stock purchase
and sale agreements, private placement memoranda, confidentiality
agreements, nondisclosure agreements, employment and severance
